MCC Wiring & Rehabilitation

DOL / Soft-Start / VSD

Rewiring and refurbishment of motor control centres for pump stations, crushers and process plant, including 37kW–75kW motor circuits, contactors, soft starters, SWA cabling and terminations built to SANS 10142-1.

Scope covers
  • Full MCC panel rewiring & refurbishment
  • DOL, star-delta & soft-starter motor circuits
  • Motor protection relay setup & coordination
  • SWA power & control cable termination and glanding
  • Level control integration (e.g. Mobrey transmitters)
  • Testing, fault-finding & Certificate of Compliance (COC)

Pre-tender

Detailed bill of quantities and project costing — materials, labour, civils and contingency — built as transparent, line-by-line pricing for tender and client sign-off.

Cable Installation & Reticulation

SWA / trenching

Supply and installation of SWA power and control cabling, including trenching, ducting and gland work between MCC rooms and field equipment.
